Electric cars

The use of electric cars is becoming more and more popular. This is due to the benefits that they have to offer. They are cheaper than regular cars, they have zero emissions, and there is no need for gas.

The first electric car was invented in 1837 by Robert Anderson. It was a toy for a child, but it had four wheels and could be propelled by an electric motor. The first commercial production of an electric car took place in 1884 by Thomas Parker in London. It was a six-passenger vehicle with a range of 50 miles per charge, which took about 10 hours to recharge.

In the late 1800s, many countries began experimenting with electrically powered vehicles because they were cheaper than horse-drawn ones and were less noisy than steam-powered automobiles. However, it wasn't until the early 1900s that the first successful electrically powered vehicles came out on the market.
